Q: What is the Legal Defense benefit?

A: This is designed to provide payment for attorney fees in case you need to be defended in court for certain traffic moving violations. You may choose any attorney (other than yourself or a family member) to represent you. Then, you’ll be reimbursed up to your plan’s benefit limits as long as you meet proper qualifications. Please note that benefits do not cover charges such as driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Not a member yet?
